Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Acquisition: Use job boards, social media (LinkedIn), and databases to find qualified candidates.

Job Description & Posting: Create detailed job descriptions and post them to relevant job boards and social media channels.

Screening & Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

Hiring Process Management: Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), and send rejection/offer emails.

Negotiation & Closing: Offer positions, negotiate salaries/benefits, and handle pre-employment checks (background checks).

Strategy & Metrics: Build recruitment strategies, track metrics (e.g., time-to-hire), and maintain compliance with employment laws.
