Job Description

ob Title: Recruiter

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Location: Vasai (Preferred)
Company: SV Expert HR Services

Job Responsibilities:

Understand client hiring requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, and references.
Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.
Schedule interviews with clients.
Follow up with candidates and clients.
Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
Achieve monthly hiring targets.

Requirements:

6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience.
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word.
Experience using job portals (Naukri, Apna, Indeed, etc.) is preferred.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Salary:

₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Based on experience)
