About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team. This role is ideal for freshers or individuals with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about recruitment, people engagement, and building strong talent pipelines. You will support the full recruitment lifecycle and help bring top talent into the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ fit for the role.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on candidate status.
Create and maintain candidate records, interview trackers, and recruitment reports.
Draft and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
0–1 year of experience in recruitment or HR (internships included).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
