Job Overview:

We are hiring a Field Recruiter based in Mumbai who will be responsible for recruiting Delivery Boys and Picker/Packers for our warehouse and logistics operations in Bhiwandi. The ideal candidate must have strong field sourcing experience and be comfortable with local travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits across Mumbai and nearby areas to source candidates for Delivery Boy and Picker/Packer roles.

• Tie-up with local job consultancies, training centers, and vendors for bulk hiring.

• Organize walk-in drives and job camps in labor-dense areas.

• Pre-screen candidates, explain job roles, and assist them with documentation.

• Coordinate with HR and operations teams to ensure timely onboarding.

• Maintain recruitment MIS and provide daily updates on closures.

• Ensure manpower availability as per client targets and timelines.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 6 months - 4 years of experience.
