Key Responsibilities:
● Source and screen potential candidates using job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
● Collaborate with HR and business teams to understand current and future manpower requirements.
● Handle end-to-end recruitment activities, including job posting, resume shortlisting, initial screening, scheduling interviews.
Must Have Skills:
● Proficiency in using popular job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) for talent sourcing.
● Hands-on experience in active sourcing and screening of candidates.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to work within deadlines and manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
● Good understanding of HR processes and basic hiring metrics.
Desirable Skills:
● Prior experience in a service industry or facilities management company will be an advantage.
