Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Junior Recruiter role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Junior Recruiter will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. They will also be involved in sourcing potential candidates, conducting outreach, and supporting recruitment events.

Qualifications

Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, and Human Resources skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with candidate sourcing and database management

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field

Knowledge of diversity hiring practices and inclusion initiatives

Immediate joiners preferred
