Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for US Non-IT requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, and database searches.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications, communication skills, experience, and fitment.
Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
Negotiate compensation packages and manage offer rollouts.
Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and clients
