Key Responsibilities
Understand client Job Descriptions (JDs) and hiring requirements clearly.
Source and screen quality CVs for IT roles such as SAP, Oracle, and other technical positions.
Use job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools to find suitable candidates.
Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlist profiles.
Ensure minimum 8 quality CV submissions per day to the client.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT candidates.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of IT technologies (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
Experience using job portals, LinkedIn, and sourcing techniques
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to understand technical requirements quickly
Strong screening and resume evaluation skills
