Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles such as delivery executives, warehouse staff, helpers, drivers, field sales executives, etc.
Source candidates through job portals, field sourcing, references, job camps, and local networks.
Conduct initial screening, interviews, and document verification.
Coordinate with clients to understand job requirements and hiring timelines.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly hiring targets are achieved.
Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for bulk hiring requirements.
Manage candidate onboarding and ensure smooth joining.
Track and maintain recruitment data, reports, and MIS.
Build relationships with local vendors, NGOs, and placement agencies for continuous sourcing.
Ensure proper follow-ups with candidates to reduce dropouts.
