Visit field locations, job fairs, colleges, and local areas to find candidates
Generate leads through references, walk-ins, and local networks
2. Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct initial interviews (face-to-face or telephonic)
Check candidate eligibility, skills, and documents
3. Bulk Hiring
Handle mass hiring requirements (especially for BPO, retail, telecom, delivery roles)
Ensure daily/weekly hiring targets are met
4. Coordination
Coordinate with hiring managers and HR teams
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
5. Field Visits
Travel to different locations for recruitment drives
Set up hiring camps or walk-in interviews
6. Documentation
Collect and verify candidate documents (ID proof, certificates, etc.)
Maintain proper records and reports
7. Candidate Engagement
Explain job roles, salary, and company policies
Keep candidates informed about interview status and joining details
8. Offer & Joining Support
Help candidates with offer acceptance
Ensure candidates join on time and reduce dropouts
9. Reporting
Maintain daily reports (interviews, selections, joinings)
Share updates with management
