We are seeking HR Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to interviewing and negotiating offers for office.
Proactively find and attract top talent using Job Hai, Apna, Found it, Naukri, professional networks, social media, employee referrals, and job boards.
Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, administer skill assessments, and conduct initial phone or video interviews to gauge qualifications and cultural fit.
Experience: 1-2 years of Proven track record working as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or in a similar HR role.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
