Administration: Maintain records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and report on recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, etc.). Essential Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field often required.Experience: Proven recruiting experience, familiarity with ATS and sourcing tools.Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and judgment skills.Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws and hiring best practices.
