Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar positions such as Helpers, Technicians, Electricians, Drivers, Warehouse Staff, Machine Operators, Housekeeping Staff, Security Guards, Delivery Executives, and other workforce requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, references, local networks, and recruitment drives.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Schedule interviews and ensure smooth candidate coordination throughout the hiring process.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with selected candidates regarding joining formalities and onboarding.
Manage bulk hiring requirements within defined timelines.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of blue-collar candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports.
