Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various functions and levels.

• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to understand job specifications.

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, social media and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.

• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Coordinate salary discussions, offer roll-out and joining formalities.

• Maintain and update the candidate database, recruitment tracker and MIS reports.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring requirements.

• Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for frequently hired positions.

• Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, joining dates and pre-employment formalities.

• Maintain recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates to management.

• Support other HR activities such as onboarding, employee engagement and HR operations whenever required.

Candidate Profile

• 1-2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition / HR.

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.

• Good experience in volume hiring as well as mid-level hiring.

• Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and interview coordination.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Candidates from consumer durables, manufacturing, retail, FMCG or related industries will be preferred.

• It is a Full Time Recruiter / HR / Admin job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
