Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes and help us build a strong talent pipeline. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews, while ensuring a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing).

• Understand job requirements and align with hiring managers.

• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking.

• Create and post job descriptions on relevant platforms.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain candidate database and provide regular recruitment reports.

• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA in HR preferred.
