Job Title: Remote Recruitment Assistant

Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented assistant to support our solo recruitment agency with candidate tracking, client updates, interview scheduling, and job marketing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update candidate tracker (Excel/Zoho)

• Track client-wise open positions and CV submissions

• Schedule interviews and send reminders (email/WhatsApp)

• Prepare weekly client status reports (submission, interviews, feedback)

• Post open job roles on social media, Blogger, and job boards

• Organize and format resumes in branded format (MS Word)

• Maintain proper folder structure for each client and job

Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Excel and Word

• Good communication in English (email + WhatsApp)

• Comfortable using Google Drive, Gmail, and Zoho tools

• Prior experience in recruitment or admin coordination preferred

• Reliable internet and ability to work independently

Working Hours

• Flexible, around 4–5 hours per day

• Monday to Saturday (Sunday optional based on urgency)
