Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and execute field recruitment activities, including walk-in drives, campus hiring, and job fairs.
Partner with local training institutes, colleges, NGOs, and community centers for candidate sourcing.
Promote job openings through offline channels, community engagement, posters, and local advertisements.
Conduct initial screening interviews, explain job roles, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate with internal HR or business teams to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
Maintain a talent pool database and ensure regular follow-ups with shortlisted candidates.
Ensure timely documentation and verification for onboarding selected candidates.
Prepare recruitment reports, MIS, and daily activity logs.
Support employer branding initiatives at field level.
Handle queries and grievances of candidates during and after recruitment
