Specialist (Freshers/ 0.6 Months to 3 Yrs)

Note: Freshers/ Interns with good communication and theoretical recruitment process understanding can apply for this position, you will get end to end training.

✓ Job Role :

➢ End to End / 360 recruitment ( IT Domain) Managing end to end IT

Recruitment for Client/Internal to ensure job requirements and

expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against

appropriate criteria.

➢ As a Recruiter, handling the entire Recruitment Life Cycle- for all IT

requirements right from working on job portals, screening profiles,

evaluating, and shortlisting candidates.

➢ Screening, short listing, selecting, Scheduling, On boarding handling the

entire gamut of recruitment.

➢ Sourcing through various job boards, through references as per the

requirement specifications.

➢ Screening and sourcing the candidate' profiles as per the client / Internal

requirements

➢ Shortlisting and ng the candidates through various modes like telephonic

screening, technical screening, finally checking the interest level of the

candidate towards the firm, and as per the requirement specifications.
