Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment process

• Understand job descriptions and source relevant candidates

• Use job portals, social media, and internal databases to find suitable profiles

• Conduct initial screening and evaluate candidates’ technical & soft skills

• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

• Maintain candidate pipeline and daily recruitment reports

• Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation of selected candidates

• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with candidates

✅ Requirements:

• Experience in IT recruitment (freshers with a strong interest can apply)

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic understanding of technical roles and IT skills

• Ability to work independently and meet hiring deadlines
