Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT, Engineering, VLSI, and Embedded roles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, and networking
Screen, schedule, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams
Ensure timely closure of positions with quality talent
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment data
Collaborate with hiring managers for requirement clarity
Requirements:
2–5 years of recruitment experience in IT/Engineering hiring
Exposure to VLSI, Embedded, or core engineering roles preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment
