Work Mode: Work from office,
Working Days: 6 Days, (5 Days Work from Office, Saturday WFH)
Working Hours:9 hours
Education: Any degree PG/UG graduates.
Salary: Open – Based on Experience & Skillset
Experience:
· Minimum 6 months to 10 years of relevant experience.
· Strong exposure to IT and Non-IT hiring.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Willing to relocate or currently residing within 5 km of our office.
· Knowledge of job portals (Naukri,Foundit, etc.) and recruitment tools.
Key Responsibilities:
End-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles.
Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with candidates.
Sourcing candidates via job portals, social platforms, referrals, etc.
Managing client requirements and maintaining talent pipelines.
Coordinating and following up with the candidates.
Reporting and documentation of recruitment metrics.
