 We are Hiring for HR Placement Coordinator.

 Palle Technologies is seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Placement Coordinator to  and enhance our student placement processes.

The ideal candidate will establish strong relationships with corporate partners,

guide students in their job search, and ensure a seamless recruitment experience for employers and students alike.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with companies to facilitate job placements for students.

•Coordinate and manage campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interview sessions.

• Work closely with students to provide career guidance, resume building, and interview

preparation.

• Collaborate with training teams to understand student skills and align them with job opportunities.

• Maintain placement records, track student employment progress, and generate reports.

• Ensure effective communication between students, trainers, and hiring companies.

• Stay updated with industry trends and employer requirements to enhance placement rates.

 Position Details:

• Salary       : up to 3lpa

• Year of pass out     : 2019 to 2024

• Employment Type    : Full-time, Permanent

• Qualification       : Graduate or Post Graduate
