About the Role

One Will Consulting Group is looking for a professional and motivated HR Recruiter who can manage hiring activities and handle recruitment through various job portals. The candidate should have good communication skills, basic HR knowledge, and the ability to coordinate with candidates and management efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.

• Post job openings on platforms such as Job Hai, LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.

• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment records.

• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and joining formalities.

• Work closely with the management team for hiring requirements.

• Handle basic employee coordination and HR documentation.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA, BCom, MBA, or any other business-related field.

• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.

• Basic understanding of HR and recruitment processes.

• Must have knowledge of operating job portals and posting job requirements online.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word, Email handling).

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of recruitment platforms and candidate sourcing.

• Professional communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to work in a team environment.

• Time management and organizational skills.

Salary

Salary will be discussed during the interview based on skills and experience.
