Responsibilities :
Design and update job descriptions as per hiring requirements.
Handle end-to-end non-IT hiring for Sales, Operations, Finance, HR, Manufacturing, Retail,
and support functions.
Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and
professional platforms like Naukri ,Foundit, Hirect, Linkedin )
Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, job boards, social media, and internal
platforms.
Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
Screen incoming resumes and application forms
Conduct initial telephonic screening of candidates.
Coordinate interviews and assessments.
Prepare, distribute, and evaluate assignments, numerical, language, and logical reasoning
tests.
Advertise job openings on company’s careers page, social media, job boards and internally.
Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.
Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
Manage offer rollouts, salary discussions, candidate closures, and joining formalities.
Coordinate background verification, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Liaise with recruitment vendors, staffing agencies, and job portals.
Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events.
Support new hires during onboarding and assist with initial joining formalities.
Collaborate with managers and leads to identify future hiring needs.
Requirements and skills :
Proven experience of 1.5 plus year as an HR Recruiter with expertise in sourcing through
different portals (Naukri ,Foundit, Hirect, Linkedin ).
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet individual hiring targets.
Strong multitasking ability with effective time and priority management.
Knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques and Boolean search.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
MBA/BBA in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant field.
Ready to relocate to Bangalore.
