Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions
Source, screen, and interview candidates for a diverse range of roles
Build and nurture lasting relationships with both clients and candidates
Utilize job portals, social media, and networking channels to identify top talent
Manage offer negotiations and ensure a seamless onboarding process
Collaborate with team members to meet individual and collective hiring goals
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience (IT/Non-IT)
Proficient in modern sourcing tools and strategic hiring methods
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
Prior experience in a recruitment consultancy or staffing agency is preferred
