Key Responsibilities:

• Source and screen Malayalam-speaking telesales candidates through portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media

• Conduct telephonic and video interviews to assess communication and sales skills

• Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding process

• Build and maintain a pipeline of Malayalam voice process candidates

• Regular follow-up with candidates and internal teams to ensure smooth closures

• Maintain candidate database and recruitment dashboards

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in telesales or voice process recruitment

• Fluent in Malayalam

• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and Boolean search

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Able to manage high-volume hiring and meet deadlines

• Familiarity with ATS or recruitment CRM tools is preferred
