Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Services / Field Hiring / Telecalling / Sales Hiring)

Services industry ke liye bulk & individual hiring karna
Telecalling / Sales / Field staff ki recruitment
Job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.) handle karna
Screening, shortlisting & interview coordination
Daily hiring tracker maintain karna
Joining follow-ups & offer rollout

🔹 Required Skills:

Strong sourcing skills
Target-based hiring experience
Good communication (Hindi + English)
Excel & basic reporting knowledge
Immediate joiner preferred

💰 Salary:

₹18,000 – ₹30,000 (Based on Experience) + Incentives
