Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Half day on Saturday)

Qualification: MBA in HR / BBA / Graduate with Good Communication Skills

Gender: Male or Female – Both Can Apply

Role & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors and healthcare professionals.

• Post job openings on job portals & social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).

• Source, screen & schedule interviews through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

• Maintain candidate database and update daily tracker.

• Coordinate with hospitals and clients for requirements.
