Rama Pashu Ahar Pvt Ltd is looking for an experienced HR Manager who has prior experience in the Cattle Feed / Animal Feed Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance within the organization.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant, sales, and operational roles.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and HR records.
Maintain attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and company policies.
Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance management.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate with management to support workforce planning and HR strategy.
Maintain HR MIS reports and employee database.

🧑‍💼 Candidate Requirements

MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
4–8 years HR experience in Cattle Feed / Animal Feed industry is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of recruitment, HR operations, and labor compliance.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage HR activities independently.
