About the Opportunity

Lynkroot Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for passionate and result-oriented Freelance Recruiters based in Mumbai to support our ongoing hiring requirements. If you have experience in sourcing candidates and are looking for a flexible, commission-based opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates for BPO, Customer Service, Sales, and Non-IT roles.

• Coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.

• Ensure candidates attend interviews and complete the joining process.

• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates until onboarding.

• Meet monthly hiring targets.

Eligibility

• Experience in recruitment or candidate sourcing is preferred.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Strong sourcing skills using job portals, social media, and referrals.

• Laptop and stable internet connection are mandatory.

• Must be based in Mumbai.
