Recruiter

We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven POSP Agent Recruiter to onboard qualified individuals as Point of Sales Persons (POSPs) for our insurance distribution channel. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, onboarding, and activating POSP agents to drive growth and revenue through retail insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Identify and recruit prospective POSP agents through various channels (field visits, job portals, referrals, social media).

  • Conduct interviews and screen candidates to ensure they meet POSP eligibility criteria.

• Onboarding & Training:

  • Guide selected candidates through the online training and IRDAI certification process.

  • Ensure POSPs complete required certifications and KYC documentation.

• Activation & Engagement:

  • Support newly onboarded POSPs in understanding products, sales processes, and tools.

  • Drive activation by ensuring the first sale is made within a stipulated timeframe.

  • Monitor performance and provide ongoing support, motivation, and coaching.

• Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure adherence to IRDAI guidelines and company policies.

  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment and onboarding activities.

  • Share daily/weekly reports on recruitment progress and agent activation.
