Salary Range: Upto 3 Lacs Per Annum for Recruiter / 4.2 LPA for Senior Recruiter

Job Role:

As a HR Recruiter, you will need to handle internal recruitment and recruit candidates for the company, screening resume, and schedule interviews. We are looking for a candidate who is a good at multitasking, bold and confident.

Job Description, Responsibilities, Goals and Scope:

01) Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for domestic BPO positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates.

02) Recruit candidates based on company's hiring requirement

03) Screen the candidates based on skillsets and schedule the interviews

04) Maintain database

05) Handle high-volume and bulk hiring efficiently to meet organizational staffing needs.

Required Skills / Desired Experience:

01) Candidate can be a Graduate/Undergraduate/12th Pass

02) Candidate must have around 1 to 2 years experience in recruitment domain, candidates with 5 to 6 years experience are welcome to apply for Senior Recruiter Profile

03) Candidates who can join immediately would be preferred

04) Candidates from BPO or consultancies bulk hiring experience would be preferred

05) Languages: Must know Hindi and Kannada,

06) Good at multi-tasking and coordinating with clients

07) Good at follow-ups with the candidates

08) Good communication and presentation skills
