Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist/Senior recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for manufacturing operations within the FMCG, food, or beverage industry. The role involves sourcing, screening, and hiring skilled professionals across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and corporate functions while ensuring timely closure of positions and alignment with organizational hiring goals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support.
· Partner with hiring managers and plant leadership to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
· Source candidates through job portals, social media, professional networks, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
· Conduct initial screening and competency-based interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
· Build a strong talent pipeline for manufacturing roles such as Production, Quality Assurance, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Plant Operations.
· Coordinate with other department heads to ensure timely closure of open positions.
· Maintain accurate records of candidates and recruitment metrics using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or HRMS tools.
· Drive employer branding initiatives and support campus hiring programs for technical institutes when required.
· Ensure compliance with organizational policies and recruitment best practices.
· Track and report recruitment KPIs such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Required Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
· MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
Experience:
· 3–6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in FMCG, food manufacturing, or beverage manufacturing industries.
· Proven experience hiring for plant and manufacturing roles.
Key Skills:

· Knowledge of manufacturing job roles and skill requirements
· Good communication and stakeholder management
· Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously
· Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals
