Required Qualifications & Skills:
· Experience: 2–3+ years in HR, preferably with hospitality or service industry experience.
· Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or Hotel Management.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software.
Soft Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage high turnover.
Salary – 20,000/- to 25,000/- + All benefits as per Hotel policy
Location – Hyderabad (Somajiguda)
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & on boarding: Develop hiring plans for seasonal needs, interview candidates, and manage orientation for new hires.
· Employee Relations: Act as a liaison for staff issues, manage conflict, and boost morale to improve retention.
· Training & Development: Organise customer service, safety, and compliance training programs.
· Compliance & Payroll: Administer payroll, benefits, and maintain records, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and safety regulations.
Performance Management: Execute appraisals and develop retention strategies like bonuses.
