🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM IST

💰 Compensation:
Commission-Based Only (50% per successful candidate placement)

🔍 What You’ll Do:

• Source and screen candidates for BPO positions across Mumbai

• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring teams

• Stay active and responsive during working hours (10 AM – 7 PM)

• Ensure smooth onboarding and clause completion for payouts

✅ What We’re Looking For:

• Based in Mumbai

• Experience in Recruitment or Bulk Hiring

• Strong communication skills

• Own system/laptop and internet connection

• Self-motivated and target-driven

💸 What You’ll Earn:

• 50% commission per candidate after successful joining and clause completion

• No fixed salary – your earnings are in your hands!
