📍 **Job & Interview Location:** Mira Road, Mumbai

⚠️ **Important:** First 30 days Work From Office (Mira Road). After that **Permanent Work From Home**.

## 💼 Job Responsibilities

* Post job openings on **WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms**

* **Chat with candidates** on social media platforms

* Understand **job requirements and candidate profiles**

* Match suitable candidates with available job openings

* Share candidate profiles with the internal team

* Maintain **Excel records and follow-up with candidates**

* Calls may be required **only for communication checks**

## ⏰ Working Hours

* **Full Time:** 10 Hours per day

* **Part Time:** 5 Hours per day

* **Weekly Off:** 1 Weekday

---

## 💰 Salary & Incentives

* **Part Time:** Up to ₹5,000 per month

* **Full Time:** Up to ₹10,000 per month

* **Performance Incentives:** ₹10,000 – ₹30,000 (from 2nd or 3rd month)

## 👩‍💻 Eligibility

* Must be able to **work from Mira Road office for the first 30 days**

* Students, Freshers, Housewives, Job Seekers, and those looking for **side income** can apply

* **Good typing and chat communication skills**
