Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing & Talent Pipeline: Proactively attract qualified talent using online job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and employee referrals.Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens or video interviews, and evaluate candidates for technical ability and cultural fit.Hiring Collaboration: Work with department heads to define role requirements, craft accurate job descriptions, and keep them updated on pipeline status.Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, manage communications with candidates, and facilitate feedback between the hiring team and applicants.Offer Negotiation: Draft job offers, communicate compensation and benefits, and negotiate terms with selected candidates.Data Management: Maintain accurate, compliant records and candidate data within the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS).Essential RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.Experience: Proven track record in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within an internal corporate team or a recruitment agency.Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders.Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with modern HR software, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
