We are looking for a Recruiter to handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee management activities for our CA firm.
Key Responsibilities:
BPO, IT, Non-IT, Technical & Non-Technical hiring
Bulk hiring and talent acquisition
Candidate screening, interview coordination & offer closure
Onboarding and joining formalities
Employee coordination and basic HR operations
Client and stakeholder handling
Skills Required:
End-to-end recruitment experience
Talent acquisition & HR operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple requirements
