Screen resumes and conduct telephonic interviews.

Schedule interviews with department managers.

Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.

Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Follow up with shortlisted candidates until joining.

Assist HR with employee documentation and joining formalities.

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring.
