Job Description:
Assist in the complete recruitment life cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
Source suitable candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and candidates.
Support bulk hiring and project-based recruitment activities to meet organizational manpower requirements within defined timelines.
Maintain an organized candidate database and build a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Prepare and post job advertisements on various recruitment platforms.
Follow up with shortlisted candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and joining formalities.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and induction activities.
Ensure timely closure of assigned positions while maintaining recruitment quality.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment status reports.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Address candidate queries professionally throughout the recruitment process.
Assist in organizing walk-in interviews, recruitment drives, and campus hiring activities.
Maintain confidentiality of recruitment data and employee information.
