Uregnt Looking for Field recruiter for Delivery Boy hiring - West Mumbai

📍•Location• West Mumbai

💰Salary: ₹25,000- ₹45000 (based on current CTC and experience)

🎯•Role overview• Hire delivery riders at scale — fast

💼•Key responsibilities•

• Visit hotspots such as delivery hubs, dark stores, metro stations, fuel stations, mechanics/bike service centers/tea points etc. to source delivery partners

• Build strong pipeline through BTal marketing, local networks and referral channels for continuous hiring

. Visitng client locations and checking for operations issues

.

👀 What we are looking for

• Must own a bike (mandatory for field work), Comfortable with fieldwork and traveling

• Overall 1-6 years of experience out of which minimum 1 years experience in field recruitment, rider hiring
