Recruiter

Role & responsibilities :

• Source and screen potential candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels

• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for technical rounds

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle from job posting to offer roll-out

• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports

• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

• Foster positive candidate experience and ensure timely communication throughout the process

• Collaborate with department managers to forecast hiring needs and create effective hiring plans

• Participate in employer branding activities and recruitment drives

Requirements:

Candidate should have their own laptop and Wi-Fi setup at home.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

• Proven experience as a recruiter (in-house or consultancy)

• Familiarity with sourcing techniques and HR databases

Preferred candidate profile :

• Experience hiring in [IT/Non-IT/Tech/Startup/etc.] domains

• Comfortable handling multiple job requisitions at once

• Understanding of modern recruitment trends and employer branding
