We are looking for a proactive and result-driven HR Recruiter to manage our end-to-end hiring process and help us bring in passionate team members who share our vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

• Talent Sourcing: Post job openings on portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other platforms to attract qualified candidates.

• Screening & Shortlisting: Evaluate candidate profiles, conduct telephonic/video interviews, and shortlist suitable applicants.

• Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and department heads.

• Database Management: Maintain an updated pool of potential candidates for future requirements.

• Employer Branding: Promote English Caffe’s work culture and values to potential hires.

• Reporting: Prepare and share recruitment status reports with management.

• Compliance: Follow company policies and ensure all recruitment activities comply with labor laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment (preferably in education/training industry).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in using job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).

• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under deadlines.

• Basic understanding of HR policies and labor regulations.

Preferred Qualities:

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.

• Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable.
