HR Executive

🔹 1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Source and hire telecallers, team leaders, and field staff as per manpower requirements.

• Conduct interviews, background checks, and verification.

• Organize induction and onboarding processes for new joiners.

🔹 2. Employee Records & Documentation

• Maintain accurate employee records including attendance, ID proofs, offer letters, and contracts.

• Ensure documentation is compliant with company and regulatory standards.

🔹 3. Training & Development

• Coordinate training sessions on debt collection techniques, compliance (especially RBI/NPCI guidelines), and soft skills.

• Monitor performance during probation and provide feedback to managers.

🔹 4. Attendance & Payroll Coordination

• Track attendance and leave records.

• Coordinate with accounts/finance for salary disbursement and resolve payroll issues.

🔹 5. Compliance & Statutory Requirements

• Ensure compliance with labour laws (ESI, PF, Shops & Establishment Act).

• Handle audits and documentation related to HR compliance.
