About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented UK/EU Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for UK and European market requirements. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, source quality candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
This role requires strong communication skills, expertise in sourcing through multiple channels, and the ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for UK/EU requirements.
Understand client and hiring manager requirements thoroughly.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, references, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Manage candidate communication and provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS, and candidate databases accurately.
Negotiate salary and assist in offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
Stay updated with UK/EU hiring trends, market intelligence, and recruitment best practices.
Ensure compliance with recruitment processes and data privacy standards.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of UK/EU recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and screening capabilities specifically in global recruitment
Ability to work on multiple requirements simultaneously.
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of ATS and recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on experience specifically in UK/EU recruitment.
Strong understanding of UK/EU hiring practices, recruitment processes, and candidate management.
Experience in sourcing and hiring for UK/EU markets across IT and Non-IT roles.
Familiarity with international recruitment standards, compliance, and GDPR regulations is preferred.
