We are looking to strengthen our Talent Acquisition team with dynamic professionals who can drive recruitment efforts while supporting basic HR operations. Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
90% Talent Acquisition
10% HR Operations
A strong emphasis will be placed on managing end-to-end recruitment processes efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
Manage bulk and lateral hiring for roles such as Sales, CRM, Projects, and other real estate functions
Coordinate closely with hiring managers to understand requirements and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
Ensure smooth onboarding and documentation processes
Maintain recruitment trackers and reports
Required Competencies
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proven expertise in Talent Acquisition (mandatory)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
High level of ownership and accountability
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in the real estate industry is a plus
Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
