We are looking for a proactive IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for our IT clients. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of technical roles, sourcing channels, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment life cycle.
Understand job descriptions and required technical skills.
Source candidates via portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), social networks, references, and internal database.
Screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates based on technical and behavioural fit.
Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates.
Maintain candidate pipeline and update daily trackers.
Manage offer negotiation and closure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in IT recruitment (1–3 years).
Strong understanding of IT technologies
Ability to source niche and bulk IT profiles efficiently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
