Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top tech talent to meet the growing needs of our organization. You should have a deep understanding of IT roles, technical requirements, and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand hiring requirements and work closely with hiring managers.

• Source candidates using various platforms (e.g. Naukri, linked in etc).

• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess technical and cultural fit.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with internal teams and candidates.

• Maintain applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Negotiate offers and close candidates efficiently.

• Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

• Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in tech hiring.
