Job Description – HR Recruiter
Position: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
Location: Thane, Maharashtra
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Joining: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred
Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, social media, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection and joining process.
Manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Achieve monthly recruitment targets.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
Knowledge of recruitment processes and hiring techniques.
Ability to use LinkedIn and job portals effectively.
Good follow-up and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Preferred Candidate
6 months to 2 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Candidates from recruitment consultancy or corporate HR backgrounds are preferred.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Salary: As per experience and company standards.
