1) Identify sources to recruit drivers and attachment vehicles to company
2) Engage with B2B client and ensure customer satisfaction and revenue augumentation
3) Analyse all client escalations both offline, email and in social media and find root cause analysis.
4) Design and implement a periodic training session for drivers to improve customer satisfaction
5) Ensure vehicle & service quality through periodic checks and system processes
6) Take ownership of assigned target and achieve them with the help of a team.
